The following IG/CR Social Events & Activities are not sponsored by the HOA Board but are included here for your information. Specific details on each event, group or class may be found on the website calendar or available from the individual groups.

Events from The IGCR Social Club

Take a Break Tuesdays

happen on the last Tuesday of the month during the summer months.

 

The next Take a Break Tuesday will happen on Tuesday July 28th.

A flyer will be sent out with more details as they are available.

There's no charge (although donations are appreciated), just bring your own beverage (no glass).

 

Ongoing Activities
 

Mahjongg at The Clubhouse

Tuesdays at 1pm and Wednesdays at 6pm

 

The Clubhouse Planners are pleased to welcome local Mahjongg experts Marsha Stanton and Shirley Ball. 
We now have Mahjong every Tuesday at 1:00 and every Wednesday at 6:00.. No experience necessary! Contact Marsha for more information. 

Open Pickleball (NOTE: In November Pickleball goes to a 9:00 start time.)

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 8-10am.

Pickleball Lite (Great for Novices): Wednesday 8-10am

As of May 17th and through the summer Pickleball will begin at 8am.


Show up wearing comfortable clothes and good supportive court shoes. All levels are welcome.

The Wednesday morning session is perfect for beginners! If you've never played before or are new to the game, experienced players will be there to help you get up to speed safely. No need to bring a paddle, we have extras.

Our courts are available to residents and up to three of their guests at other times as well. 

Note: the courts are locked and you will need your amenity fob to access them.

Please keep the gate closed at all times.

Health Stretch Class 

Start your day with a light stretch, tone and cardio session. Good music, good friends and fun! In warm summer months, this class meets in the pool.

Tuesday and Friday from 9-10:00 am

You may quickly find your answer(s) on the Inland Greens website, at infohoa.com or GO Properties, our property management co. at 910-509-7281. If they don’t know the answer, they will refer your question to the correct HOA board member or contractor on your behalf. GO Properties is the place to contact first, please! 

GO Property’s address is 1721 Allens Lane, Suite 223 and phone number is 910-509-7281. Their hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 9am to 4:30 pm and Friday 9am to 1pm. They are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Senior Volunteer Program

at the New Hanover County Senior Resource Center

(June 19th, 2025)

 

Becky Doherty, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Coordinator at the New Hanover County Senior Resource Center joined us. This was an opportunity to learn about the many great community organizations that utilize local volunteers, what the roles may entail, and next steps to get involved.

The event was sponsored by the IGCR Social Club.
