Events from The IGCR Social Club

2nd Annual Chili Cook Off AND Food Drive

Tuesday November 11 from 6-8pm 

 

Do you make the best chili? Find out, or just come taste at the 2nd annual chili cook off at the clubhouse. See flyer below for details.

 

The IGCR Social Club will also be collecting non-perishable items for our local food bank at this event. A list of needed items can be found at foodbankcenc.org.

Holiday Cookie Potluck and White Elephant Gift Exchange

December 9 at 7pm at the Clubhouse

 

Make an extra dozen of your favorite holiday cookies, and bring them to our first Holiday Cookie Potluck! We'll have hot cocoa, warm cider and sounds of the season as well.

 

During the event we'll be hosting a "white elephant gift exchange" for those who'd like to participate. Inspired by the phrase "one man's trash is another man's treasure" wrap up something you already own, maybe once loved, but are ready to let go. When the swapping ends, you'll end up with a new item to treasure.

Mahjongg at The Clubhouse

Nov. 11 and 25 from 1-3pm

The Clubhouse Planners are pleased to welcome local Mahjongg experts Marsha Stanton and Shirley Ball who teach Mahjongg, on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. No experience necessary! Contact Marsha for more information.

Ongoing Activities

Open Pickleball (NOTE: Pickleball is at 8:00 until Nov.2 when it goes to 9:00 start time.)

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 8-10am.

Pickleball Lite (Great for Novices): Wednesday 8-10am

Show up wearing comfortable clothes and good supportive court shoes. All levels are welcome.

The Wednesday morning session is perfect for beginners! If you've never played before or are new to the game, experienced players will be there to help you get up to speed safely. No need to bring a paddle, we have extras.

Our courts are available to residents and up to three of their guests at other times as well. 

Note: the courts are locked and you will need your amenity fob to access them.

Please keep the gate closed at all times.

Health Stretch Class 

Start your day with a light stretch, tone and cardio session. Good music, good friends and fun! In warm summer months, this class meets in the pool.

Tuesday and Friday from 9-10:00 am
