Enjoy our 6 Pickleball courts and tennis facility adjacent to the clubhouse! Inland Greens is primarily owner-occupied but welcomes a small percentage of conscientious and responsible tenants. Our 192 villas have private courtyards, are all one-story/ground floor, and the outside maintenance is well-cared for by the HOA!

Clubhouse
The clubhouse is available to rent for your parties, meetings or special events!
Enjoy wireless internet on the porch and inside for meetings or events. Our clubhouse, porch and pool area are all smoke-free.
The rental fee is only $100.00 (per 6 hours) for owners ($250 for resident non-homeowners). More details, the Application Form and Rules are on this website. GO Property Mgmt. handles all the reservations for rentals and maintains the schedule and calendar. To rent the clubhouse, read the Rules, Policies and Procedures and complete a Clubhouse Rental Application to submit to our property management company. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
Maximum capacity 96; Tables and chairs available, a full kitchen, a large room with a flat screen tv and sound system, and a small adjacent room ideal for meetings, etc.
Facility details
Size of main room: 33ft x 51ft. Size of small room: 15ft x 17ft. Full kitchen with microwave, stove, 100 cup coffee pot and a full-size refrigerator. Wireless internet access. Parking is limited so plan well. Access to the private pool is not included.
Equipment
Includes 5 rectangular 6ft tables and 12 round 6ft tables: 4 – 36” card tables; 112 folding chairs and a podium, 50” television with DVD player.
Enjoy Our Pool!
A delightful outdoor pool with quiet time in the mornings until 11:00am for exercise, therapy and lap swimming and then plenty of play time for the entire family. Welcoming tables and chairs on the clubhouse patio for lunch or table games and lots of comfortable lounge chairs for reading and enjoying the sun or shade.
The clubhouse, porch and pool area are smoke-free! Pool is open dawn to dusk with private key fob access. The pool rules are on the website to review or print and posted at the pool.
Sport Courts
Enjoy our 6 Pickleball courts and tennis facility adjacent to the clubhouse! Pickleball is at 8:00 until Nov.2 when it goes to 9:00 start time.
Courts are open dawn to dusk with private key fob access. Courts are only for stated activities. To protect the surfaces, no other uses are permitted.

Storage Corrals
There are two storage corrals for your extra vehicles, boats, RV’s, trailers, etc!!
There are about 25 total spaces available to rent at a very reasonable annual fee. The “Storage Corral Application Form” and the “Storage Corral Rules and Regs” are on our website under “Rules, Info and Forms”. Anyone interested in our space should complete and submit an application form to our property management company. A waiting list is maintained. We currently have a few available spaces!
Open Space Near the Beach!
Natural areas, lovely landscaping and a community that embraces an active lifestyle of jogging, cycling, walking your dog, bird watching or enjoying time at the beach (less than 3 miles away!).
The City of Wilmington owns the adjacent passive park with a 3/4 mile walking/cycling trail, bocce courts and a playground near the golf shop. A nine-hole par 3 golf course is very popular year-round!

Social Events and Activities are ongoing year-round! Many are scheduled at the same time each week/month.

Walking, Jogging and Cycling
Inland Greens is an ideal place for staying active and enjoying being outside! There are 2 miles of community streets and a 3/4 mile trail on the adjacent passive City Park land.
Pickleball
Enjoy our courts, meet friends and play this fun sport! Lessons and info on equipment are available. Scheduled play is on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9am. Summer hours start at 8am. Play is open to all levels, beginners welcome. Just show up, and we’ll get your started!
Health Stretch
Tuesday and/or Friday mornings at the clubhouse from 9:00-10:00am for a gentle stretching session. Good music and fun! In the summer months, this class is in the pool (same time).
Inland Greens Cedar Ridge Social Club (IGCR Social Club)
Volunteers who plan a monthly event/outing for the community. Anyone is welcome! All community members are invited to attend the IGCR meetings which are held monthly in the clubhouse. Please phone Beverley Woods at (213) 840-6970 or beverleywoods@gmail.com
